Scam Recovery Support
If you paid a web agency or tech support company and received nothing, or received work so poor it cannot be used, you are not alone. Fraud recovery services exist, but most of them are scams too. Outgle does not promise to recover your money. What we do is help you assess what happened, document the damage, rebuild what was lost, and point you toward the right authorities. Honest help, no false promises.

Who This Program Is For
This program is for businesses and individuals who paid for a website, app, or tech service and were left with nothing usable. That includes clients who paid a freelancer or agency that disappeared, received broken or plagiarized work, had their domain or hosting held hostage, or were charged for services that were never delivered.
It is also for victims of fake tech support companies that charged for software, security tools, or IT fixes that either did not exist or made things worse.
If you are not sure whether your situation qualifies, contact us. The initial assessment call is free and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do.
What Outgle Actually Does for Scam Victims
We start with a free assessment call to understand what happened and what assets, if any, can be recovered or rebuilt. From there, depending on the situation, we can help with the following.
We review and document the work you paid for, identifying what is usable, what is broken, and what was never delivered. We help recover access to domains, hosting accounts, or CMS platforms that a previous agency may be holding. We rebuild websites, apps, or digital assets at a reduced rate for verified scam victims. We also provide a written summary of the incident that you can use when filing reports with consumer protection agencies, your bank, or law enforcement.
We do not recover money, and we do not contact the scammer on your behalf. Those actions carry legal complexity we cannot take on. What we do is get your business back online and give you the documentation you need to pursue the right channels.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. We will not tell you we can recover your money because we cannot. Any company that promises to recover funds from a scammer for an upfront fee is itself a scam. What we do is help you rebuild what was lost, document the incident properly, and direct you to legitimate channels like your bank's fraud department, the FTC, or Action Fraud depending on your location.
We primarily help victims of web agency fraud and tech support scams. That includes agencies that took payment and disappeared, freelancers who delivered stolen or broken work, companies that held domains or hosting hostage, and fake IT support firms that charged for non-existent services or caused damage to existing systems.
Yes. The initial assessment call costs nothing. We use it to understand what happened, what you still have access to, and what needs to be rebuilt or recovered. At the end of the call we will tell you honestly what we can do, what it will cost, and whether there are better options available to you. No obligation to proceed.
In many cases, yes. If a previous agency registered your domain in their own name or is refusing to transfer hosting credentials, there are legitimate dispute processes through registrars and hosting providers. We can guide you through those processes and in some cases handle them directly on your behalf. Each situation is different, so this is something we assess on the call.
Scam victims receive a reduced rate on rebuild work. The exact cost depends on what needs to be done. We quote per project after the assessment, with full transparency on what is included. There are no hidden fees added after the quote is agreed.
In the US, report to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov. In the UK, use Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. For bank fraud, contact your bank's fraud team directly and initiate a chargeback if you paid by card. We can help you prepare the documentation needed for any of these reports.
That is a fair question and we respect it. Outgle is based in Karachi, Pakistan with a registered US LLC. We are transparent about our origins because our entire philosophy is built on radical honesty. We do not ask for payment before the assessment call. We do not make promises we cannot keep. We would rather lose the business than tell you something false. You can verify our company details, read our about page, and contact us before committing to anything.
