Job Summary
Outgle is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, and scale production-grade generative AI applications, autonomous agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. You will lead the development of intelligent automation engines, custom model fine-tuning workflows, and semantic search architectures that power high-impact client software and internal agency tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy enterprise-grade LLM applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI / Anthropic APIs.
- Build resilient Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Architect multi-agent autonomous frameworks for task execution, data synthesis, and workflow automation.
- Develop high-performance REST and WebSocket AI microservices using Python (FastAPI, PyTorch, AsyncIO).
- Implement evaluation metrics, latency optimization, token budgeting, and guardrail validation frameworks.
- Collaborate with full-stack engineers and product designers to ship intuitive, real-time AI-powered web interfaces.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 1.5+ years building and deploying LLM/AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, and Docker containerization.
- Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, chunking strategies, and vector indexing.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) and open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral, DeepSeek).
- Knowledge of cloud orchestration (AWS Bedrock / GCP Vertex AI / Cloudflare Workers AI) is a major plus.
