Job Summary
We are seeking a thorough QA Specialist to oversee software quality across all web applications, mobile platforms, client agency projects, and custom systems built by Outgle. You will design comprehensive test plans, run end-to-end automation, perform cross-browser / device validation, and guarantee pixel-perfect, error-free deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute detailed test cases, test suites, and bug tracking reports.
- Build automated end-to-end web testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Conduct manual exploratory testing, UI consistency checks, and accessibility audits (WCAG).
- Perform API contract testing (Postman, REST APIs, JSON schema validation).
- Execute cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive mobile layout testing.
- Perform performance, load, and Core Web Vitals profiling.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for reported bugs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Jest).
- Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and browser developer tools.
- Experience with bug reporting and management tools (Jira, GitHub Issues, Linear).
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
