Job Summary
Outgle is seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to steer engineering and product design sprints, manage client deliverables, and enforce operational excellence across remote, cross-functional teams. You will bridge technical architecture with client business goals, ensuring on-time delivery with zero compromise on software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings (Jira / Linear / ClickUp).
- Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones.
- Manage project scopes, risk mitigation plans, timeline estimations, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, providing transparent progress updates and demo sessions.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between UI/UX design, frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Establish continuous improvement metrics (sprint velocity, burndown rates, bug escape rates, customer satisfaction).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of technical project management or Scrum Master experience in software agencies or tech product environments.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or PSM certification is strongly preferred.
- Solid technical understanding of modern web architectures, API integrations, cloud environments, and QA pipelines.
- Exceptional English communication, client relationship management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven track record managing complex projects with distributed remote international teams.
