Job Summary
We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft visually captivating, highly functional interface designs for Outgle's global client roster and internal SaaS products. In this role, you will build design systems in Figma, conduct user research, produce high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate directly with frontend developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible UI layouts for web applications, dashboards, and mobile apps.
- Develop reusable Figma design systems, UI components, color palettes, and typography grids.
- Produce wireframes, user flow diagrams, and interactive clickable prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive UX benchmarking.
- Collaborate with engineers during dev handoff to ensure precise implementation of design specs.
- Stay at the forefront of modern design trends (dark mode, glassmorphism, micro-animations).
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing live digital products.
- Expert mastery of Figma, FigJam, and prototype animation tools (Rive / Principle).
- Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals, grid layout systems, typography, and contrast accessibility.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend technical constraints is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to showcase design rationale to stakeholders.
