Job Summary
Outgle is seeking a versatile, visual storyteller to join our creative team as a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor. You will craft high-converting product demo videos, 2D/3D motion graphics, brand explainers, dynamic UI walkthroughs, and viral short-form video content for social channels (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender / Cinema4D.
- Produce high-converting video ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Performance Max, TikTok Ads).
- Edit dynamic long-form tutorials, client case studies, brand teasers, and agency culture showreels.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and copywriters to animate digital interface prototypes and product feature launches.
- Handle color grading, sound design, audio mixing, and kinetic typography.
- Maintain brand visual identity guidelines while iterating rapidly on creative hooks and retention metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or equivalent practical design portfolio.
- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or digital animation.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong eye for pacing, visual rhythm, sound synchronization, and kinetic typography.
- Experience with 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline) and UI screen captures is a huge advantage.
- Impressive showreel demonstrating commercial work, product animations, and creative storytelling.
