Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic SEO Specialist to manage organic search performance across client portfolios and internal growth engines. In this role, you will perform deep technical SEO audits, execute high-yield keyword strategies, implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AIO), and lead high-authority link acquisition campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, indexation, schema markup).
- Perform in-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor gap analyses.
- Optimize on-page elements, content structure, internal linking, and meta tags for high-converting pages.
- Execute white-hat link building, digital PR outreach, and brand mention strategy.
- Optimize for AI Search Engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE / AI Overviews).
- Track, analyze, and report organic traffic growth using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content strategists and web developers to implement technical recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist in an agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, JavaScript rendering, structured data (JSON-LD), and canonicalization.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling organic traffic and keyword rankings for complex websites.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web Vitals performance optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical SEO concepts clearly.
