Job Summary
Outgle is looking for an energetic and strategic Social Media & Community Manager to champion our brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and global developer/creator communities. You will lead organic brand awareness, build engaging thought leadership content, interact daily with tech founders and creatives, and turn social channels into powerful inbound engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel social media growth strategies across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Write punchy, high-engagement tech posts, carousel breakdowns, case studies, and engineering culture highlights.
- Engage actively with industry influencers, tech founders, and online communities (Reddit, Discord, Product Hunt).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce captivating visual assets and micro-content.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (impressions, follower growth, engagement rate, website referral traffic).
- Organize online events, webinars, Twitter Spaces, and community Q&A sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical social media experience.
- 2+ years managing social media channels and online communities for a B2B tech company, digital agency, or SaaS product.
- Proven track record of growing social accounts organically with verifiable engagement statistics.
- Exceptional English writing and copywriting skills with a modern, authentic brand voice.
- Hands-on familiarity with social publishing tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion) and analytics suites.
- Passion for technology, web design, artificial intelligence, and startup culture.
